25 Simi Transfer Sheets
Sidney Galpern of SimiCakes discovered the use of this new transfer sheet with high heat products. Unlike chocolate transfer sheet, this sheet does not have cocoa butter allowing it to handle products such as isomalt and meringue producing a transparent image allowing only the inks to appear on the medium it is being transferred to. This product is not a peel off but is used directly on the backing allowing the sheet to be baked without a silicone mat.
