All prices are in Canadian dollars.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
Currently, we ship within North America as well as Australia. We would love to offer world-wide shipping in the near future, so please sign-up for our newsletter to find out exactly when world-wide shipping will launch.
Is my credit card information safe on your website?
Absolutely!! We are very serious about maintaining your confidential information and are certified PCI DSS compliant. Our web host conducts annual on-site assessments validating compliance and continuous risk management. Your data is encrypted in addition to being protected by McAfee Secure.
Do you offer wholesale / commercial accounts?
Dragonfly Cake Supply offers competitive prices on all products. At this time, we do not offer any wholesale or commercial accounts. Please feel free to sign up for our newsletter to receive periodic promotions and discounts.
What happens if my order gets shipped to the wrong address?
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address given by the customer at the time of ordering, we will re-ship the order at the customer’s expense. If the customer chooses not to have the order re-shipped, they will be charged a 20% restocking charge plus the original shipping charges to the customer and back to Dragonfly Cake Supply.
How can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders which are placed before 3 pm Mountain Standard Time will be dispatched on the same working day (Monday - Friday). Please note that this does not include holidays. Orders placed after 3pm may still be dispatched on the same day (Monday - Friday), but depending on our workflow, may be scheduled for the next business day.
If your order is placed late Friday, on the weekend, or on a holiday, it will ship the next business day.
If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and mark your message as URGENT. You may also contact us via telephone at (780) 498-0273. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order has been shipped.
What if there’s a problem with my order (incorrect order or damaged items)?
We triple check our orders to ensure accuracy, but mistakes can happen. Likewise, products can become damaged by means that are out of our control (such as during delivery). If you notice an incorrect order or any damaged items, please contact us immediately at email@example.com so we can resolve the issue right away.
